The William G. Baker, Jr. Memorial Fund supports the arts and culture sector of metropolitan Baltimore through grants for organizational effectiveness, innovative programs and cross-sector collaboration, and through the Baker Artist Portfolios and the annual Baker Artist Awards for individual artists. After the Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance closed in July 2026, the Baker Artist program continued under new management.
