The Christmas Village in Baltimore returns to West Shore Park at the Inner Harbor with more than 70 local and international vendors, German Glühwein and European food, tastings, a Festival of Trees and kids’ rides. Open Wednesdays through Sundays, noon to 8 pm (Fridays and Saturdays to 9 pm), plus December 21–22; closed Mondays, Tuesdays, Nov 25 and Dec 25.
