The Sullenberger Aviation Museum, formerly the Carolinas Aviation Museum, reopened in June 2024 with a state-of-the-art, $34 million facility adjacent to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Home to more than 40 commercial, civil, and military aircraft, the museum features one of the nationās premier aviation collections ā including the famed āMiracle on the Hudsonā Airbus A320 piloted by its namesake, Captain C.B. āSullyā Sullenberger.
