The D’Amico Studio and Archive in Amagansett, NY, boasts three structures: the D’Amico House, the “little house”, and the Oyster Watcher’s Hut. Mabel and Victor’s unique approach to living and art-making was reflected in their unconventional and innovative teaching methods and prolific body of artwork. Their lasting impact is evident in the programs and collections at The Art Barge and the D’Amico Studio and Archive.A full member of Historic Artists’ Homes and Studios, the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s network of artists’ homes and studios open to the public.
