November in Baltimore, the world’s cultural calendar, and new ways to take part

Hello from IDbGLAM,

November is one of Baltimore’s best cultural months, and this issue starts there: a new look at modern art at the BMA, an Alicia Keys musical at the Hippodrome, Mahalia Jackson at the Pratt and a free family day at the Walters. Then we travel the Global Cultural Pulse from Tokyo to Miami Beach, and share what’s new on IDbGLAM, including a free Opportunities board for cultural jobs, RFPs and calls for artists.

New on IDbGLAM

  • Opportunities board. Jobs, internships, fellowships, volunteer roles, RFPs and calls for artists, posted directly by cultural organizations. Organizations that manage their listing can post one opening at a time for free.
  • Membership is open. IDbGLAM stays free for visitors and for nonprofit, public and community cultural organizations. Supporters ($5 a month), Organization Pro ($15 a month, with unlimited postings, staff logins and visitor analytics) and Commercial venue listings help keep it that way, at founding rates.
  • More city pages. Alongside Baltimore, explore New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Chicago and 15 film festival cities.
  • Connect your Eventbrite. Organizations that use Eventbrite can have their events appear on IDbGLAM automatically once they claim their listing.
