The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art, located in Chicago, Illinois, USA, was founded in 1991 and opened its current location in 1999. The museum is dedicated to presenting self-taught and outsider art, featuring works by artists who often work outside traditional art institutions. The museum's collection includes notable works by Henry Darger, one of the most famous outsider artists, whose epic narrative "The Story of the Vivian Girls" is a centerpiece of the collection.
