Intro
Luma Arles, located in Arles, France, opened in June 2021. Gehry’s design for the central tower of this arts complex is inspired by the region’s rocky landscape and the works of Vincent van Gogh. The tower’s twisting, reflective facade is constructed from stainless steel and glass, creating a dynamic visual presence. Luma Arles hosts exhibitions, performances, and research programs, fostering creativity and cultural exchange.
