This campus is the best spot to experience the volcanoes, gorillas, and the work of the Fossey Fund (especially if a gorilla trekking permit is not in your budget)! The gallery is open to the public and full of interactive experiences to get up close and personal with the gorillas. The educational gardens teach about the gorilla’s habitat, ecology, and biodiversity. Pop into the Research Center to hear a daily talk from the gorilla researchers. And the cafe, shop and upstairs terrace are a great spots to take a rest or work remotely (great food and drinks too!)
Thanks, Megan! I hope to visit one day soon.
